Vintage Vespa Restoration Workshop

Post by NCD22 » Mon, 19 Oct 2015 8:18 am

Howdy ya'll! Back in 2010 when I moved away from Singapore I had to sell my vintage '72 Vespa cause I couldn't get an import license for where I was going. We have moved back and am keen to get a little scoot for zipping around. Back then I used Ah Joo's workshop, but wanted to see if there were any others that are recommended. Much appreciated, saves me stomping around the Ubi area and randomly walking into shops...

teck seng vespa (opp thomson medical) is the one i used and the one i like.

others go to tong aik, which charges a lot more.

if my 3 jobs taught me anything, it might help to pick up a well sorted one rather than go through the pain of a long and tedious job done by a third party...

i think there's an expat selling a very nicely restored PX200 on the local bike forum.
