The AXS machine can only be reached by the same complex set of crossings LTA put in from his place; it's significantly faster, safer, less complicated and more convenient to pay online...using dial-up.

Why not set up payment by GIRO?

I despise GIRO with every molecule of my being.

Yeah both singtel and starhub you need to have accounts created on their site, to pay bills. I have both services and I like to pay using credit card to get the cash rebates, online banking you get back nothing. AXS too nothing, plus you need to queue, why bother.

I pay everything using credit card as much as possible. UOB One is the best card, you bill $500 every month for 3 months, you get back $50.

Singtel will follow "established" procedure and give you a credit note for future bills but, no, you can't use it for equipment purchase etc.

Average turn around time, to take your money, prompt.

Accept their fault and Issue a credit note ? 3 months or longer.

And firstly singtel has outsourced a lot of stuff and nobody gets canned for mistakes....
