you are missing the point

I didn't mean to say he got rich by selling dogs, but rich people don't donate like you imagine.

well, go and take a look at the shelter - oh, wait, we did say that, though you are fixated on a cute golden Labrador Retriever and a puppy to boot !!!!

Good luck.

You're asking for the impossible here, like how the other posters have said.

You should head over to Singapore pet forum http://www.petschannel.com/forum/ and post your question there instead. You're likely to get the network of existing Lab owners there.

But...

...going by the trend, you will not likely to get pure white Lab puppy for free very easily (even with adoption costs). They would rather sell it than to give it to a total stranger. So give it a try, befriend few owners and be their best friend to the point that they'd rather give it to you with adoption costs, than to sell for thousands of dollars. In the forum, they tend to put up old/unwanted dogs for adoption for various reasons (have baby, relocating, can't afford anymore, move to new house).

Well... DUH!... labs rarely get given away anywhere. Most often when they are given away it is because they are puppies of an inadvertent crossbreed... not a pure lab.

You are not going to find a "giveaway" pure lab, fer sure, not a white one. White lab puppies in the USA sell for $1000 to $1500 and up.

Time to get real.
