http://www.papajohns.com/international/

They have included India as part of Europe, Middle East and India.
That is an interesting classification.

Shocking

But then again since Indians are on s buying spree ... like Jaguar ... LR ... nothing to fear. ..

And add the fact that many Indians insist they are more English than the English and more European than the Europeans .... it's nothing new ;) ;)

I think its something to do with the fact that generally when you think of Asia, it is the oriental Asia that comes to your mind. This is especially true with Americans rather than the British. India getting classified along with Middle east and Central Asia, actually makes more sense to me than classifying it with China-Japan.

So you confirm my suspicion that Indians consider themselves to be Europeans :D

Not Europeans, but more closer to Central Asians and Middle easterns than the Orientals.

This map explains it.

It's probably about their HQ/distribution centres. I don't really think it has anything to do with how India is perceived. But if you still like, how about this - almost 100% of all European languages belong to the Indo-European family.
