Pr application doubts (need help and advice)

Post by ropt728 » Sun, 04 Oct 2015 4:33 pm

Hi all,

I am hired by an human resource agency (Adecco)
and i am paid by the agency instead of my direct company.

May i know is there any difference when i applying my PR compare to direct employed by the company ?

Will it be harder than other people who are employed directly by their company ?

I am very worried :o  #-o
What should i do ?

Thanks for all the advice

Hard to say... maybe makes a difference, maybe not. What will matter is how much you earn, your educational credentials, how many years of experience you have, and your nationality.

If you're basically just schlepping for the agency so that the company can avoid long term commitment to you plus giving you benefits, then it is probably a bad thing because you're essentially a temp hire.

If you have a specialized skill that is being rented out to companies that need that skill then you're probably OK. For example, project managers are commonly rented out.

It has an effect. Most likely a negative one. However your other factors may win out.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Can't really say, but, I have a friend, recently received PR after three applications, and majority of her work was through Adecco as agency for Microsoft.
