Hi. Does anyone know of someone who can come in to cook North Indian food on an ad hoc basis? I require some help mainly only when we have visitors. Thanks

Just a suggestion, considering that chances that there is a likelihood that the only people who can be paid to come and cook in your house legally are the local South Indians (Tamils) or PR North Indians only, you should consider ordering a North Indian catering to your house when you have guests. Or do takeaway from good North Indian restaurant. That way you can retain your authentic North Indian palate and the convenience of not having to cook yourself, but at the same time not potentially flouting the foreign employment laws.123anon wrote:Hi. Oops I'm very surprised by that because each time I visit Ananda Bhavan, the menu says it serves North Indian. But hey I'm not Indian enough to tell the difference.ecureilx wrote:A little correction, Ananda Bhavan is Very much south Indianthe lynx wrote: Many North Indian restaurants offer that service. OP, even the buffet places like river walk have buffet catering services, and from the few guys I know running restaurants, catering is where they make money, and almost any Indian place offers catering.
Not sure if you have a tandoori pot at home ...
