Recently, I got contacted by a recruiter for a job in Silicon Valley but its a contract to hire and that too via a staffing agency. Although they did mention that the project works out, they will file for long term visa, etc.
Does anyone have any advice on this issue. I have a good job here so I am not very desperate to try anything just to move to US.
In addition, I was told that its a greenfield project (data science) but risky since its new to the company. And they are looking for people urgently. That makes me feel that they are running behind schedule and are under pressure to show something urgently. Urgency was made clear.
Is it at all worth it to consider such a thing when I have a stable job in a better company here ??
