I'm Singaporean, 26 years old, skip NS and got 2 citizenship.Can I work in Singapore?

I just want to ask is there any possibility guy like me can get a permit and work in Singapore.
I have been Immigrate when I was 3 years old and all my educational done on my second country.

If there is the way I can clean this up please let me know.

Yep, come back and serve your jail sentence (as a deserter as you still have Singaporean Citizenship) and do your NS. Then and only then will they even talk to you. You can apply but you will get a letter asking you to clear up your issues with Mindef first before granting you an work pass. Actually, if you are still a Singapore Citizen you cannot get a work pass and you cannot renounce until you have done your NS. I'd say you are well and truly screwed, truth be known. Do a search on the Strictly Speaking subforum under the General Forum here for NS issues for a fully story. (read the long "stickie" thread first).

codygame, thanks for that, but frankly, most don't appreciate my "in your face" answers which generally leave little room for pleasantries. I try to give people the straight bare facts without all the little homilies to make it PC. I don't believe in PC. Most old farmboys don't! But I can go over the top as well on occasion.
