True, its all about 2nd guess as no one is sure what they are looking into or looking for,
My neighbour, less than 2 years in SG, also married to SG girl, got his PR at the first go itself after like 3 months. He is from Malaysia and working as a Doctor.
It is the only question which i guess all of us can guess only that what is the criteria or how to even improve your chances,
I am going to try for 4th time anyways!!

As for the Malaysian Doctor, if you been in Singapore Long enough you will know Malaysian are always very welcome and if he's a UM graduate, Singapore will fall head over heals for him ...
