And very soon we may have the joke of who replaces the burnt bulb ? If a foreigner replaces it free of charge, he has deprived a local the opportunity to earn a living ..

I believe these clear rules are being implemented to ensure there is fewer cases of abuse or misuse of FDW, which is in line with what a few local NGOs are pressing MOM for.

And in Singapore the natives prefer the govt spell out each do and dont,
