Without pharmacy degree qualification no one is allowed to work in Singapore as Pharmacist or technician.
I had been interviewed last week by MNC in Singapore and have been selected to work as Technician in their pharmacy outlet because my experiences and master degree. They had sent me job offer and waiting for work permit. Sadly the company inform me today the MOM does not approved my paper and insist to take from Local peoples.
So again I am asking anyone here, what are the possibility to get work permit for me to work ? or if I am coming to Singapore under anyone of my relatives sponsor, there is any chances to get approval on my work permit?
Or any of your valuable thoughts ??
Hmm. Sorry to hear about that. You certainly sound like it is your right to be given employment in Singapore, so allow me to stress that point again.
Your company either has exceed its quota of foreign employers, or you're just not good enough in the eyes of MOM. Either find another company, get a better degree or find another country that is easier to enter for work. Singapore is well-known to be difficult on foreign employment pass these days. You have to be either super good (or highly niched), or super cheap (think construction workers or technicians).
