I think you misunderstood. I am living right here in Geylang and I do not have a real estate license. I supposed too many agents here lurking around and you are taking almost everyone as agent.

Very simple.
Basic = Basic
Gross = Basic + Fixed monthly allowances

No need to mention bonus / any variable allowances...
