I don't regularly eat in coffee shops and I'm practically cashless based just on an ordinary visa card. Last time I had to pay in cash was at my local neighbourhood paint shop. Earlier, to one of the local Ebay sellers. IIRC this is abut it for the Y2015 so far.

I'm the opposite to most of you, I prefer doing cash based transactions over card.
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Kopitiam has prepaid member card system with 20% discount and you can reload with credit card/NETS (I think). Basically anything that is payable with NETS.

1. Credit/debit card with paywave method, for transactions up till $100
2. App - "Dash" that can pay through your phone. But for certain merchants only.

I saw Dash is useful in taxis if you want to avoid admin charges and gst.
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late
