Job hopping has become more common amid a tight labour market in Singapore, with workers switching jobs every one to two years on average. More workers are also looking out for jobs despite being happy with their current ones.
Frankel Strategic Group is seeking to better understand the long-term needs of hires and job seekers in today’s market, and would like to invite you to take part in our 2015 Job Satisfaction & Engagement Survey.
If you are currently employed or are searching for a job, residing in Singapore, and are between the ages of 20–44, we would appreciate your feedback. There are no right or wrong answers, and the whole survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
