Hi everyone,
Recently, I have changed my personal particular by submitting the required form and documents to MoM by iSubmition. I got the notification email from MoM for the success of the application.

The notification email indicated that MoM will process this application by 25th Aug. (7 working days). However, I didn't receive any response from MoM and it has been 8 working days since the date of the application.
Does anyone know what's going on? Do I have to call them to ask the status of this application?
