EP applicaion with salary + equity

Post by prsd5891 » Thu, 20 Aug 2015 9:35 am

Hi,

I got a new offer with a start-up company and they offered my salary as a 'Cash + Stock'.
New company looks promising and I am interested in taking this offer.
My question is when applying for EP, what is the consideration of MoM as my salary. Because of my experience I need relatively higher salary for EP and only cash component of my offer is below this limit.
I already worked in Singapore for few years.
Does anyone have any experience like this. When I contact MoM I was unable get a clear answer. I am planing on going down there. But if any one have an experience on this please let me know.

Thanks,..

Basic Salary. Normall stock is variable so is therefore not generally considered in the equation.
