1. Blu Jazz cafe - Arab St.

2. countryside place: http://countrysidecafe.com.sg/beer.html - > dunlop st. Little India

3. The Yard Pub - river valley road

4. Ipanema - Orchard Towers

Ok I'm done... those were my options..
To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

I like Blujazz (back alley bike parking).
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

Don't know if my niece, Michaela Therese is still singing at Blu Jaz or not. Will have to check and see. She was there in June~July before going on tour in Japan. She's back now but not sure where she's playing. (Blues & Jazz her forte)

with the Shisha ban kicking in, Blujazz may not be a bad choice !!!

Okay, looks like Blu Jazz it is. Time? (remember it's a holiday!)

I'm a tentative. I knew the election was a holiday but thought it was on a Saturday. I suddenly have a surprise long weekend. So many choices and only one long weekend. :-)

Slight change of plan. I may need to go over JB on the 11th. Hope the jam won't be too bad and I can still make it to BluJaz at night. Will keep you guys posted.

BluJaz, love the place, but too crowded and noisy for an Eagles thing.

There is The Beast not far from there, but the beers are pricey (I think drafts are $13)

I was thinking that if you go early it might not be so bad. That's working on the assumption that people will travel after voting, so later. Won't be testing that theory now, plans have changed so crossing on Saturday.
