If we go with the 11th, I believe we may have some flexibitlity with the start time as we hopefully wont all have work constraints, this I think all happy hours should be available.

Or for a more central location, try Lepark at Chinatown. Local (hipster) place with tapas, music and beer garden on top off People's Park Plaza. Been meaning to visit this place, and hoping to be able to do it with the Eagles. Foodie friends and craft beer lovers been raving about this place, so this got my interest. Friendly price tag too.
