I am an EP holder earning 8k+ and in singapore since 2 years.
i would like to bring my dependent father to singapore but my employer is not ready to sponsor. my employer would not sign the LTVP form even if i agree to bear all cost.
is there any other way i can apply LTVP for my father ?
MoM site states "An employer or appointed employment agent must apply on behalf of the candidate."
whe the appointed employment agents ? can it be an external employment agency ?
