Malaysian applying Singapore PR

Hi, All

I am Malaysian Chinese 28 years old, has been working in Singapore for 3 months
Been told that, is not easy for application of PR to be approved.Planning to apply PR after 6 months
What are the possibilities of getting it approved ?
-Employment Pass
-Salary SGD 3.5k

Please Advise

Slim until 2 years (1st EP renewal. Could be sooner, but I kind of doubt it in the run up to the election. Remember, the faster you apply the more reason for ICA to wonder why so soon......

what you mean is there's more higher chances of getting after 2 years ?
