We're moving to Singapore in a couple of weeks and have the headache of trying to decide on a removalist. At the moment have narrowed it down to PSS and Crown Relocations. Anyone have experience with either, good or bad?? Thanks very much!

I've used Crown a couple of times (UK>JP>SG) and they were pretty good. I.e. no memorable horror stories. Can't say (FWIW) I've heard of PSS.

I've used Crown for several relocations and never had any issues.

Hey

we're still in London but leaving for Singapore next week. All our items are already on their way courtesy of Crown Relocations - thanks to everyone for their recommendations! Haven't rented anywhere yet but hubby will be looking. Have some idea about where we'd like to settle down courtesy of advice from friends in the area. Where are you (potentially) moving from?

Currently, working in the city (near Moorgate) and live in Hertfordshire. Will be amazing if we (myself and my wife) can get some ideas from you about the places you are potentially looking at within Singapore. Or maybe even meet you and/or your hubby, since our moves and moving from align so closely. We are flying out to Singapore this coming Wednesday (26) and return back to London on 2 Sep.
If you dont mind, can PM you my number (so we can whatsapp) or just PM me yours, and I will make contact.

How was the discovery trip? My husband and I actually met in Cambridge - small world

he'll be in Singapore from this weekend, myself and the kids will follow suit once we find a place and our things arrive from the UK. We're currently in Malaysia. Happy to set up a whatsapp group if you like?

...even smaller one. I lived there for a while when a student, though definitely not c/o Cambridge Uni - I'm far too thick for that

- come to think of it a niece of mine is at CU now. To add to it, it's where I intend to retire to a few years hence, once we're finally done with this roving lifestyle.
I've *many* happy memories of my time spent there [siiigh...]
