there is an accupunture in between/under ur back bones, where the surgey knife can not reach. by massaging that point, it automatically detox ur five organs coz they r connected. this movement is a movement to do so, its simple, but works well. it goes direct to the original reason why u r not in shape: organs unbalanced

You should get a personal trainer as they can tailor an effective workout for you and this ensure that you get the most out of your daily workout.

If you're talking about losing weight, you really should check out the paleo diet. I know someone who was heavy for decades (seriously) and started the Paleo diet at 50+, and lost all his weight until he's like super slim now and maintaining it.

Downside: zero carbs

I did a specially designed zero carb diet 8 years ago and I dropped 25kg in 22 weeks and haven't looked back since. I still eat very low carbs but my health has improved trememdously (used to be 138/95 HBP using two different Meds to keep it that "low"). Also on lovastatin and Allipurnoil at the same time for cholesterol & gout. Been med free for 8 years now and have a normal BP of 115/75. Not bad for a 68 year old. And there is nothing special about the diet except I do not eat anything that comes out of a box, bag or can. Fresh foods only. Works for me.
