Work Experience Update

Post by Magudeeswaran » Thu, 23 Jul 2015 10:25 pm

Hi
I have work experience as Software engineer in full time, I also worked as administrator in part time. Currently my employer added only administrator experience in Spass application form online as the job i applied is Admin. And it is got approved. I want to add my software engineer experience also to my S pass profile. So that in future If i get opportunity in IT, I can change my job.

Thanks

Doesn't matter. When you try to change jobs your new employer has to apply for a new S pass anyway. Next time make sure you know what goes on the form before it's sent. They already know that 50% of the stuff in a CV of a candidate from the sub-con is fluff anyway.

For the next time, MOM may ask why it was not updated in the previous pass.... And If I provide the experience certificate which is contradicting already existing record, will it cause any problem...

I've been in the HR line here for 20 years. Believe what you will. That is your prerogative.
