Anyone been there? heard that Fort siloso also permanently open its grounds to all visitors without charge. Thought of going with the kids this weekend.

Anyone been there? heard that Fort siloso also permanently open its grounds to all visitors without charge. Thought of going with the kids this weekend.

I been in Fort Siloso, like 10+ years ago, when the MonoRail did exist.

And Fort Siloso was one of the cheapest attraction then, vs the expensive UnderWater World, Volcano Land and Fantasy Island.

But I am sure they only improved Fort Siloso of late.

An hour maximum is what you can spend there, I think

PS, the new cable car goes up to Shangri La, next to Fort Siloso, so .. that may be worth a visit anyway.

I too miss the 2$ entry and unlimited ride around the island ...

And that was one cheap way to show visitors Sentosa on a budget...
