Get a job at a company that still has a S-Pass quota open... they will apply. You cannot apply yourself.

That is assuming you have something that you can sell at S pass salaries (minimum of 2.4K/mo and a degree or maybe a diploma if you have around 10 years of relevant documented experience. And as noted by SE, a company with quota to hire S pass holders.

Let me say this again so you understand. YOU CANNOT APPLY FOR AN S-PASS. You apply to a company for a S-PASS LEVEL JOB. If you are qualified for an S-Pass (education, skills, and salary) and the company has an S-Pass quota, MAYBE the government will grant you an S-Pass.

NO AGENT CAN "ARRANGE" AN S-PASS FOR YOU. Any person that tells you he can is just going to steal your money. Wake up!
