Upside , Temasek has record amounts in its portfolio ....

Bumper profits to be made by those who bought Govt subsidised flats in Punggol/Sengkang...

That was the article on the front Page of the online Straits Times yesterday....

Though oddly today , they published a counter article saying that it wasn't all gravy. :o
