Company setup for Spouse??

Post by Busakid » Fri, 03 Jul 2015 3:31 pm

Hi there to those who know MOM/ACRA rules very well:

I am married to a SPR citizen (myself Aussie) - she returned a yr ago after being out of country for 14yrs but is now working for last 8months. I have recently been given a 3 yr LTVP+ visa (I am still not working BTW). I wanted to start a Personal Training business (outdoor for now until I get some clients up then possibly indoors). We thought the best way to go about it would be her starting a company and then applying for a LOC so I can work through her. Is this feasible or is there a better way of doing things - I notice I cannot start a Sole Propriety as I am not PR or Singaporean (makes sense)
I am finding the whole MOM thing quite confusing :)

Thanks in Advance
