Hi,
I'm planning to make a lunch break exercise programme in our studio. Any suggestion what is the best lenght of time each class?

Re: Do you like to do lunch break exercise?
Standard lunch break for most companies in Singapore is 1 hour. 30 minutes is the right amount. Too long, it won't be enough time for them to eat and get changed (before/after workout). Too short, it won't look like it is worth the hassle of changing and rushing in and out.
Although I have seen companies (usually MNCs or startups) that have flexible lunch hour duration or 2-hour lunch breaks.
Your idea only works if you're in high-density area like city centre area.

I walk 800m to get lunch and 800m to get back 1.6km in all.
I think that's enough exercise haha

To get there early is on time and showing up on time is late

Ohh lunch break for 1hr??? I am working in City area of Singapore but my lunchtime is only less than 15minutes. Just got to eat non-stop in meeting room and go back to my working place to restart my stressful workloads.
