Anyone looking for sparring partner / pad work ??
I use to do this with a mate back home in UK. We take turns holding the pad for the parter to either kick or punch.
It has been a long while since I done this. I am not good at it (use to train in Tae Kwon Do as a kid) but it was good fun.
I am in the Novena area.
