This, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason it is nearly impossible to guess that ICA is going to do. I think they have one of those big casino wheels...

I was kindda hoping that OP's husband would get it. Wife and kids SC. It is just a matter of time. But yeah, ICA works in mysterious ways, which could be bad and good depending on which direction you look at it.

Or ICA simply may know more about the candidates than we could possibly guess from their input on this forum. It is not necessary that people posting here try to hide some facts but they may simply consider them unimportant to share.

Wow. Approved on the 5th try. This must be a record of some sort (at least on this forum)

I continue to be amazed by the way ICA works

As if it matters. If only ICA could see the silly posts from some of our readers. They would only need a minute to find their files and stamp rejected for eternity on it. Straw clutchers are the last thing Singapore needs. OP has had substantial changes every time he's applied. Therefore, the ICA probably sees him who may very well make a decent future here or at least replenish the badly depleted gene pool here.

x9200, their "vetting" teams that are in place in the applicants home countries are probably CSI trained and very good in digging up the undesirable dodo the applicants are trying very hard to hide. No two flavours of dodo smell or taste the same so I've been told. Carbon dating may also be used. ;-)
