My friend ever did the Rhinoplasty and Alarplasty in Hat Yai , and her surgeon was Dr Chirayut. She was not satisfied with the result, so she did the nose job again. Second time, she did the nose job at Taiwan Fabulous clinic. I think you can refer to the experience of others in Thailand.
