Minestrone Soup
With a variety of vegetables Ingredients (For 2 persons)
Tomato 1pcs
Onion 1/2 pcs
Carrot 1/4 pcs
Pumpkin 100g (1/10pc)
Cabbage1leaf
Potato 1pcs
Celery 1/3pcs
Boiled Green peas 1tablespoon
Bacon 2slides
Garlic 1/2pcs
Olive oil Soup stock 500ml
Bay leaf 1pcs
Salt and pepper a bit
How to cook
Chop Tomato, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Potato and Bacon into the size of 1cm cubes. Chop Pumpkin and Cabbage into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat Olive oil in a pan, and chopped garlic and saute.
Add 1. to 2. saute until ingredients are well mixed.
Add Soup stock and Bay leaf, bring to a boil,
then reduce heat and simmer.
When vegetable become tender, and salt and pepper.
Add green peas.
