Starhub SmartSupport...neither Smart nor Support

AWFUL, TERRIBLE experience and service from Starhub's anything but Smart or Support.

They pitch it as - we'll have a replacement phone ready and swap it for you anytime, but when I dropped my phone and needed a replacement, instead of the '4hr swap/delivery' time, it's more like 4 ---- FOUR WEEKS!!! Luckily, it's a cracked screen and still working, I don't know how they can operate an insurance and service where people would have to go 4 WEEKS w/o a phone if they lost it or broke it completely. BUT, Of course, they FORCE you to pay in advance with an unknown delivery date and wait for an indefinite delivery date.

I asked I could take another color if faster, they said NO, Could I pay more to get different model, NO. I asked, when there's iphones 6 available everywhere and there's no backlog problem at Starhub or Apple, why your customer is forced to wait FOUR WEEKS, they said THEY DON'T KNOW... SMART SUPPORT ?!?!

This IS Singapore. What did you expect. Customer Service? Give us a break! They don't even know how to spell Service let alone give it.
