Taller Woman, Shorter Man

Anyone checked out that article in the ST paper regarding the above topic?

Ladies would you date a Shorter man?

Gentlemen would you date a Taller woman?

What are your thoughts about it?

Frankly, until I got married the last time, almost all the women I've dated were the same height or taller. 8)

The first time I ever felt normal height was when I came to Singapore 20+ years ago. Now, I feel short here as well!

My philosophy is when lying down we are both the same height so where's the problem? And, slow dancing with a tall woman has definate plusses!

I'm 5'10'' and I definitely would not feel comfortable dating a woman taller than me. The thing is, I'm not entirely sure why. Whether this is down to some kind of hiden issues about the male being the physically talller of the couple or whether I just wouldnt want to rob my partner of the chance to wear heals!

I've got a male friend though whos girlfriend towers over him and he isn't the slightest bit concerned, so each to their own.

I've know guys just like that as well, I never cared whether the girls wore heels or not, usually they were taller than me in their stocking feet! I always found that other guys were always wondering how a little short F**ker like me could even get a date with them, let alone other activities! Hidden Assets maybe?!? Whatever, I never suffered an inferiority complex about my size so I guess it's each to his own.
