Good GP clinics in Singapore central area?

Hi, could anyone suggest me some good GP clinics in Singapore in central area (Orchard, raffles, etc)?
Preferably with good hospitality and clean places. I do not mind the price as long as its not too high.

How much would I need to earn in and pay to be able to live in a reasonably spacious appartment with 3 beds (minimum) with good links to central SG?...
