After-school help for child

Post by barbarahall » Wed, 20 May 2015 5:13 pm

Hi all,

I'll be moving to Singapore in a couple of months' time and I have a grade 3 son who may have ADHD and mild dyslexia. I'm looking to send him to either Dover Court or Winstedt School to study, but I'm afraid that he may not be able to get all the help he needs from school so I'm considering an after-school programme for him.

Any recommendations?

Although this was initially a pretty pointless dredging up of an old post I would like to post some useful information. We recently discovered our 5 year old is showing signs of mild dyslexia. My advice to anyone in this position in Singapore is to contact the Dyslexia Association of Singapore. They have been a great help to us and source of information over the last couple of months.
