What are some premium hair lotion for dry hair?

Hi i recently suffer from dry hair perhaps due to the weather change. Was previously in Canada. Any suggestions on whats available here in Singapore to solve this problem? some recommedations would be good thanks!

* Stay hydrated
* Conditioner after washing your hair
* Use gentler shampoo
* Olive oil on your hair and scalp 20 minutes before washing your hair
