I actually bought a gold shell for this phone. Imagine the orange parts matching the color of the keys (white parts stayed white):
I thought it was quite nice.

Phone. Nokia's famous for going through a phase where everyone was like "What are they smoking in Finland to come up with this design?!"
The phone was already kitschy in the first place so having gold parts was just a matter of color scheme rather than "ooooh, I'm gold therefore I'm supposed to be worth more."

What next, the 2 foot high Ralph Lauren stitched logo on the fake shirt, in gold?
Mmmm... definitely 'arrived'

Coupled with a better camera than iPhone 6 and the spectacular display, anyone considering of switching to Android should take a serious look at this phone.
I have both. I agree the camera and display on the S6 Edge is better but I prefer iOS to Android and the iPhone has much better battery life in my experience.

haha
S6 is the company phone, iPhone is the personal phone. S6 gets used very frequently, iPhone less so.

I feel like I should express concern about your personal life...or is it also because the company pays for and generally doesn't scrutinize your phone bills?

The strange thing is I actually hate mobile phones and am infamous for having them switched off more than on. Yet here I am being ridiculed for having two of the latest phones
The company does pay the bills for the S6. I have no idea how closely they check usage but I have the iPhone for personal use.

Oh, and yes you are right to express concern. We are a very insular family and tend not to socialise. Over three years in Singapore and (other than you fine people on this forum) we have not made any friends.

If it weren't for google maps and an audio player, I wouldn't have gotten much use from my first smartphone before ios/android.
Occasionally, I used the camera as a periscope.

Steve, I'm much the same. In fact, I've driven all the way home and only when changing clothes, realized I left the phone laying on my desk in the office (that's at least two hours earlier). I don't even like to play games or send sms using it (unless I'm on the throne). TMI!
