Hi Friends,

I would like to enquire with the forum members, if any of you have recommendations for a good neurologist in Singapore that specializes in movement disorders, especially Parkinson's disease.

My father who is 66 years old was diagnosed with Parkinsons over an year back (in India).
He used to have the typical tremor in arms / legs, accompanied with hallucinations sometimes at night - which is not a very common parkinson symptom.

He's been on a rollercoaster ever since the doc prescribed meds.
On one hand, the medication controlled the tremor but seems to have a bad side effect by making him hallucinate badly. We have obtained a second opinion as well, but still no success in finding the right balance. This has been really hard on my mum as the caregiver. And i am starting to wonder, if the right diagnosis has been made.

I am thinking of having my parents over here in Singapore, and get my father checked out again by a specialist here. Cost implications aside, I would first like to find out a neurologist with good experience treating the disease. I'd be grateful for any recommendations, and any other advice you might have.

Thanks!
