Quation on singapore working pass. Help!

Scenario as below:
If a Malaysian worker(XX) accept an Singapore company(AA) offer few week ago and got pass approved but still required to do body check.
Somehow another Singapore company (BB) offer another better offer and question at here.

If XX turn down the offer from company AA and accept the offer from company BB.
Will the rejection on company AA cause company BB fail to apply working pass for XX ?

Yes, if company AA doesn't withdraw the IPA. Company BB cannot apply while a pass is still an IPA or pending for that matter. The initial company must formally withdraw the application or he is stuck. This is what happens when one gets greedy. Frankly, it serves him right.

If you are in India, do you have your passport? IF you have your passport then the WP was cancelled before you returned to India. The fact that you current potential employer's application for approval wasn't successful doesn't mean the old employer didn't cancel. It may mean the 2nd employer doesn't have enough quota or they didn't find you suitable for this employer. Just because you are approved for one employer doesn't mean you will be approved for any employer.
