Moving to Singapore

Post by TexanSin » Mon, 27 Apr 2015 5:52 am

Hi All,

We're moving to Singapore in a couple of weeks. Any advice for newbies? We've never been there before, and are looking forward to this new adventure!

I'd suggest starting by looking through the Relocation section: http://forum.singaporeexpats.com/viewforum.php?f=33

Topics like 'What to bring' would benefit from you considering it now, before you plan to pack up and head this way.

p.s. Howdy! :)

If you are American look at joining the American Association Singapore. They provide newbie gatherings throughout the year, Singapore has wonderful
Support groups for all nationalities including the Australian Chamber AustCham and ANZA the Australian New Zealand Association. Likewise for the French, Italian, British etc
