Your survey has an obvious flaw in the methodology: It assumes majority of the users of serviced residencies are there because they weighted pros and cons of staying there and chose that specific type based on this. This is not correct I believe. For vast majority, this is the company who chose it for them. It can be rather a significant factor because the users while acknowledging the benefits of staying in such residencies may still never stay there if they have to chose independently and the companies may have different and more diversified incentives for proposing/providing such residencies.
