How to rid melanin pigmentatation known as chlosma

Has anyone got irregular brown patches on the forehead, nose, and cheeks due to hormones imbalance? Any success stories to share regarding removing them or lightening them?

Isn't it due to pregnancy? it will fade away after delivery. btw, i use Zen Series- the wand (vit C) and Aqua Powder C.
