Ukraine Universities are mostly preferred by International students. Students from India, Ghana, Jordan and from all over the world come here to study medicine, engineering and other Courses. Ukraine is the safe place for study.

I banned this guy but I wonder what he was intended to achieve? What kind of web positioning (?) could be achieved this way? Is it something about grouping up few specific words within a single page that would via some kind of search engine mechanism associations lead to a specific page?

It is kind of odd, considering the fellow is posting from New Delhi. Without a link back to another URL it certainly can't help with search rankings.
