Post by anosh » Thu, 16 Apr 2015 7:52 pm

Hi
I am currently holding s pass. I am working here for a month. I am currently working as admin. I am looking for java developer job here. Is it possible to change the job now? But I am not getting call for interview as everyone says no quota for s pass. Please guide me what I should do.

The fact you have a job is already a good thing. Job market in Singapore is bad for foreigners. Accept it.

Is it possible to change the job now?

Nope.

But I am not getting call for interview as everyone says no quota for s pass.

It means, no matter what you do, those companies will never hire you or even anyone else. Your only choice is to keep finding companies that still have quota. But you have to search for it yourself, one by one.

Please guide me what I should do.

No guidance. Just standard advice. Keep searching or stay at your current job.
