America's are going to sit back and watch the two slug it out, the Saudi's are going to stop bothering about their oil for a bit, the Russian rouble has tanked and Europes nowhere, perfect time for Uncle Sam to kick start the US economy.

The bible was written [300-400AD?], centuries before Islam was conceived in the late 7th century+, never mind subsequently later divided, so...

I had to look heathen up! It's used as a general word, almost affectionate, for someone who can be a bit uncivilised ('Eagles night down the Quays, bunch of right bloody heathens! ', but I was curious of the word's roots > Wiki...
