PR Application

Post by mr_paul86 » Wed, 08 Apr 2015 2:37 pm

Hi, I'm a Caucasian British male who is married to a Chinese Malaysian. We are both under 30 years of age and we both hold an E PASS ( Mine is the $4500 category ). We also got married in Singapore. My wife can speak fluent English, Mandarin, Malaysian and Cantonese. I can Speak English and Japanese.

We both have degrees from the U.K, I'm an English Language teacher and she is a Musician. I have been working in Singapore for 2 years, my wife, 4 years.

She applied for P.R December last year, and seeing how I'm her husband, she put my details down too. She has an impressive record of achievement folder; all from her career in music, whereas I only have my English Language degree (1st Honors).

How likely is it for us to receive P.R status?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your wife's nationality is a plus. Your ages are a plus. I am not sure if her career is an advantage to the application. Anyway, if you do not apply , your chances are zero. So go ahead and apply.
