I am looking to try a PT on a trial basis.

I had one once before, he was about 20 years younger than me and it was not a good fit as a result. The needs of someone in their late 40s is not something they understand well.

Has anyone here had good experiences with PTs? I do not belong to a gym so have to find a freelancer.

I also wonder what the going rate is these days.
