Having done quite a bit of research, the Brompton seems to have the best fold, quick and small. Not that I've tried, but I suspect the Brompton would happily fit within the size allocation.
To be honest I'm more interested in how easily it would fit under the table in my local.

I don't cycle ANYWHERE after dark. Singaporeans can't drive for SH*T in daylight. Ain't no way I'm gonna give them a sporting chance to run me down so I cannot even get the colour of the butthead's car/truck. I've been biking for 30 over years here and it's not got any better at all.
SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers

True also
I saw some articles of careless drivers who don't notice cyclists in front
Don't know how they pass their license

I like biking here but not everywhere. To bike in the city I go to the gym but if I really wanna bike then I have to go far from the center. You can try but be careful

Safer to cycle in the parks. Yes, some parks in Singapore are interlinked. Do check it out in the official local parks website National Parks Board.
