If you haven't got it, you aren't going to get it.

I don't think recruitment works this way. Just because you post a resume to someone, it doesn't mean that person owes you a response.

First of all, make sure your portfolio is good. Then make sure your CV/resume is good. If you're not getting anything after doing the first two, better go with your network. Most people prefer personal recommendations. In worse scenario, it is time to hire a recruiter/agent to look for jobs for you.

If all else fails, stay in your current job. You will be thankful you still have a job when nobody else wants to hire you.

Have you considered using reputable recruitment agencies?

I don't think recruitment works this way. Just because you post a resume to someone, it doesn't mean that person owes you a response.
Excellent reality check.

This is where most fail.
Very few people can recognise when their own CV/resume is not good.

There are also many online references (with many examples) for what makes a good CV/resume.

In addition, it's best to get unbiased assessments of one's CV/resume from others.
For a more knowledgeable assessment get it from someone that has been a hiring manager.

Yes? I've never heard of such service, that I can pay and someone will search for me. I'm curious about conditions.
